When people talk about the calories in food, what do they mean? A calorie is a unit of measurement—but it doesn't measure weight or length. A calorie is a unit of energy. When you hear something contains 100 calories, it's a way of describing how much energy your body could get from eating or drinking it. The term professional-grade is used to create a clear distinction between the quality of supplements used by healthcare practitioners compared to those used by the majority of consumers who buy over-the-counter. Professional-grade speaks to sourcing methods and quality of the ingredients used, the reliability of the manufacturing process, and efficacy of the quality assurance testing process. These work together to insure the supplement minimally meets and generally exceeds the standards documented on the supplement label.

I bought this as a protein source for a weight loss program. It fits the bill for that but taste is not awesome when made with water and rather gritty, may be better with low fat milk. Packaging is a joke - 14 servings in a large container which when opened appears just a little more than half full
I am a long time consumer of Total Vegan. I enjoy all the flavors but chocolate is May favorite. My physician put me on Total Vegan in 2011 when lab results were that I was digesting food so poorly that my body was not thriving. I truly believe my doctor and Total Vegan saved my life while I was treated for heavy metal toxicity. My gut continues to heal and I am much healthier now. I continue with Total Vegan because of the quality of the amino acids and the ease of digestion. I highly recommend.
Total Vegan whether it is any flavor, it provide a sense of fullness as well as healthy option to my breakfast. Additionally, it is Vegan with not added preservatives or ingredients that can make you sick. It is a totally rich shake that you can have in the morning, lunch or even dinner to feel satisfied. Love it.
product is tasty and effective
great tasting chocolate plant protein
I love the shake and vanilla is my favorite flavor. Not too sweet which is what I like and a great breakfast filler.
Excellent source of nutrients!
Love It!! Will NEVER take anything else!
Supplement energizes
Awesome support
It makes me feel stronger It has all the aminoacids. The best supplement I have ever tried.
delicious and energy producing
I've been on Total Vegan since 2011 per my doctor's advice. I have tried to discontinue a few years back which was a mistake. My body literally craved the nutrition so I do not go without it!
Products taste really good compared to some others on the market
Vegan protein powder tastes great
Prescribed by my doctor when I wasn't digesting much food at all and Total Vegan literally saved my life. I've been drinking it since 2011!
My GI tract feels so much better. Not running to find a bathroom all day long.
I taken these for 10 years under a physicians care and I have labs ran often which show that my NuMedica supplements are doing their job!
It's a great product... but the texture of it, when drinking it, is a little grainy. That takes a little getting use too. I do have to say it is a little pricey for the six pack. I've considered the possibility of ordering the large container of the powder but I find you don't get as much as you do with the absolute protein vanilla flavored drink form. Why the Vegan alternative is more expensive and less in quantity makes it hard for me to afford when I don't get as many servings. I know that prices have gone up on everything these days and unfortunately I'm having to make choices where my health is concerned. It's causing me to look for alternatives and protein powder drinks that I can purchase over the counter for less money. Granted I would much rather have your product because of the quality standards but it's almost priced itself out of the market for those of us who are budgeted and on a fixed income. I am a cancer patient who is currently on social security disability. So I have to make my dollar stretch. But for those who can afford it the Vegan protein powder drink is wonderful! It has no soy in it where the Absolute Protein powder drink does. With the particular cancer that I have, I cannot do soy products because they affect the estrogen levels in my body. The Vegan protein powder drink was an answer to my prayer but unfortunately not my pocketbook. Thank you Jay for recommending the Vegan chocolate protein powder drink because it was great to try!
my absolute favorite chocolate protein.
I have tried so many protein powders, and this one has proven to be the best. I hate the price, but nothing compares to it. It mixes well. While aftertastes are unavoidable, this still tastes great. I hate to love it, but I DO LOVE it.
Great product!
Been drinking since 2011. Aways great!
I have been using this protein for almost 2 years and love it. The chocolate flavor is great!
Been using Total Vegan for years. It's excellent in taste and providing the amino acids I need
Using regularly each month for almost 5 years.
Best tasting protein drink
This product was recommended by my nutritionist and it has been excellent.
Been drinking since 2011 per doctor advice. It's the best product out there for me!
I love the products, they have changed my life for the better
My doctor recommended this protein, it's delicious and amazing quality. I hate protein shakes and I love this one, really do.
Been using 2 cans of the Vanilla each month for over 3 years. Great product!
This has been a great start to the day. Glad to have been introduced to it by my nutritionist!
Excellent product!
Doctor prescribed since 2011 and it keeps me going. The best source of protein for me!
Tastes' great
helps me stay balanced and maintain my weigt
Easily digestible and tasty. I was very ill due to toxins and GI damage that I was not digesting my food. I was weak and getting sicker. My doc ran labs giving us the confirmation as to what I needed to do to begin healing. My doc started me on total vegan in 2011 it literally brought me back to life; and I still drink it to date. Along with this product and my doctor I have come a very long way since then!
I love this product! It's backed with so many nutrients and I add it to my morning oatmeal in the morning.
It is great to have a vegan option for protein in the morning. This was recommended by my nutritionist, and I found it much better than protein mixes that are whey-based.
I have been using this product for 3 years. I have many food allergies and this product works so well for me. I drink a shake everyday.
Great tasting vegan shakes and Quick shipping!
Great Vegan supplement. Tastes great
great tasting
great tasting
It has really helped with pre migraine symptoms
When I drink this regularly I just feel better. When you give the body what it needs it can recover.
My wellness doctor told me to use this particular protein powder for my shakes. I didn't ask why I just did what he said. I read the label and now have a better understanding of the "why". 5 kinds of plant protein combined equals a great protein source plus certain health benefits unique to each plant. When I use Total Vegan in my shake there's a smoothness of texture without bulk. In my opinion, a bit expensive but well worth the cost!
I have used this of a couple of years and really like it.
I love the product but the company failed to tell me it was backordered when I placed my order. They still deducted from my card. What I thought should have arrived in 3-5 business days took 7-10 business days leaving me without product that I needed.
March 17, 2018 by SupplementRelief:
I am very sorry that happened. We made a mistake. We were not aware when your order was placed that the Total Vegan Protein was on backorder with the manufacturer. Whenever we are temporarily out of local stock of a product we usually have the order dropped-shipped from the manufacturer so that the customer does not have to wait for us to get more local inventory. We clearly dropped the ball in not knowing the product was on backorder and then in not communicating the backorder situation and options to resolve it to you in a timely manner. We will look at how our website and customer service procedures currently handle backorders and see what we can do to handle backorders better. I am glad that you like the Total Vegan though! Thank you for providing this feedback!
Great tasting vegan protein.
No problems whatsoever. Great product that i use in my morning smoothie. Good taste and recommended by my nutritionist.
