When you hear something contains 100 calories, it's a way of describing how much energy your body could get from eating or drinking it. I prefer a liquid as apposed to a lot of pills. I still have to use other supplements. I wish it had more vitamin c, b2, d and coq10
Excellent Product
I've been taking multiplex complete for several years. It's the best liquid vitamin that I can find on the market and it is very high-quality. It's very tasty by itself and so I don't need to mix it with anything.
Great taste and easily absorbed! Product delivers and customer service is second to none!!
hi, and thank you,, well to be honest, Im still in the testing stage, primarily because it made the left side of my chest hurt, usually when a supplement does that I have to gather that its not for me,...Im guessing because the strength of this formula is so strong, so what Im doing is breaking the 2 tablespoons down into 6 teaspoons at 45 minute intervals to see what the outcome is so far, hopefully this will bring the same benefit amount
I feel great when I take this supplement.
Works best for my digestion and easily assimiliates. Best alternative to pills/capsules. Was recommeded by my practioner.
