I have tried every over-the-counter product for almost 20 years and the only one that worked is wal-mart's generic brand of exlax maximum strength. It's a stimulant, not good for you, but have had to take one every night for years even though it causes cramping, etc.
I've also tried numerous colon cleansers but have had horrible side effects and swore I'd never try again after the last one that didn't work and left my abdomen feeling swollen/bloated for almost 2 months after I stopped taking it.
I'm amazed at how well this works! I have had Dr's tell me to use several different products but none of them worked. All women have a huge problem with constipation during pregnancy and after delivery. The Dr's and hospitals all say not to use anything except milk of magnesia or colace and also a stool softner - problem is that they don't work! I would be curious to know if it is safe to take Reneu during pregnancy and after delivery. If so, you should let all OB-GYN's know about this product or find a way to market it to pregnant women - they would be lifetime customers!
