About 10 years ago I was a First Fitness Director. I haven't used Reneu' in years but I have need of it now. I'm glad I remembered how awesome it is!

I've struggled with irregularity all my life. Nothing ever helped except harsh laxatives and then you had to stay near a bathroom. I tried these and have used them about a year. I take 1 in the morning and 1 at night and it works great. No cramping or running to the bathroom.

Yes, I can write a review for this product. My experience with reneu has been excellent. I discovered this product ten years ago through a Healthcare worker friend. I had used cascara Sagrada before, but didn't get good results. I realized the probiotic in reneu made all the difference. This product did the best colon defecation clearing I could hope to experience. The price has not changed much over the years. A lot of capsules come in the container so it last for months. Yes I as a longtime user of this reneu product do recommend it. I don't think there is anything better than reneu to get the job done besides an actual colonic. My friends are always amazed at the results when they use it the first time. They ask for more capsules to go again. I tell them to get their own.

This product is excellent! Thank you so much for sending it to me. I've tried many other supplements over the years but none worked. I have tried every over-the-counter product for almost 20 years and the only one that worked is wal-mart's generic brand of exlax maximum strength. It's a stimulant, not good for you, but have had to take one every night for years even though it causes cramping, etc.

I've also tried numerous colon cleansers but have had horrible side effects and swore I'd never try again after the last one that didn't work and left my abdomen feeling swollen/bloated for almost 2 months after I stopped taking it.

I'm amazed at how well this works! I have had Dr's tell me to use several different products but none of them worked. All women have a huge problem with constipation during pregnancy and after delivery. The Dr's and hospitals all say not to use anything except milk of magnesia or colace and also a stool softner - problem is that they don't work! I would be curious to know if it is safe to take Reneu during pregnancy and after delivery. If so, you should let all OB-GYN's know about this product or find a way to market it to pregnant women - they would be lifetime customers!
